A SaaS veteran with 18 years of experience growing startups at every stage, I combine product management, marketing, and sales expertise to create strategies that put the user at the heart of GTM.
I have helped grow startups from infancy all the way through multi-national, multi-product, post-IPO stages, leading Product Management, Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Research teams. My focuses are team enablement, data-based roadmaps, process efficiency, and stakeholder management. I can help you with short and long-term engagement to bring your plan to reality or your reality to the next level.
Clarify next steps for your startup’s strategy or operations.
You have vision, you have momentum, and you may even have a solid strategy. I can help you connect the dots, turn strategy into plan, build teams, and create the system that keeps the whole thing running.
Build a successful Product team and the right roadmap.
Finding the right PMs, researchers, and designers is just one piece of a good Product org. Creating a process that turns strategy into input, ideas into a plan, and a set of possibilities into an ambitious and feasible roadmap.
Develop learning and performance tools and standards.
A critical ingredient of success is having teams that are equipped, objectives that are clear and measurable, and expectations that are enforced. I can help you put all of this into place in a way that is scalable.
Get a right hand for the CEO to help bring order and clear a path.
A Chief of Staff can be invaluable to a founder or CEO by seeing blind spots, communicating easily with everyone from the board to front-line teams, helping with strategic decisions, and preventing problems before they even exist.
